Is an automated, self-regulating pinch valve designed to control transmembrane pressure (TMP) or permeate backpressure during tangential flow filtration (TFF) without contacting the fluid stream. By eliminating contact with the fluid, this device is ideal for automated control of single-use, disposable TFF flowpaths.

• Tubing Capacity: Designed specifically for larger flexible tubing up to a 0.625-inch (5/8") outer diameter (OD) (typically covering a 3/16" to 5/8" OD range).
• Power Requirements: Operates on 12 VDC with an amperage draw of 1.0A at maximum load.
• System Compatibility: Connects directly to the KMPi or Kr2i TFF Systems. Up to two valves can be linked using the KMPi Auxiliary Component Octopus Cable.
• Mechanism: Pinching action on flexible retentate or permeate lines driven by an automated software feedback loop based on real-time digital pressure readings.
• Volume Range: Capable of assisting with automated pressure control across processing scales ranging from 1 mL to 1,000 Liters.
